Parents, when will you seek a therapy session ?

  1. When as a parent you feel difficulty or inability in regulating your emotions. You are easily frustrated , get irritated. You often experience mood swings.
  2. You are not able to focus on your work life or unable to work. You feel your work is stressful. You have conflicts with your peers or you are not able to enjoy what you do.
  3. You often seek validation from people. You fish for praise and compliments. You seem to exaggerate the facts. You feel lonely and left out.
  4. When you have difficulty in maintaining healthy relationship. You often have heated arguments. You find you are not able to communicate with others. You feel no one is understanding yourself.
  5. You are angry and irritated most of the times. You unnecessarily fight or make arguments with people. You feel people’s behaviour towards you make you vulnerable.
  6. When you know you have already tried reading a lot of self help books and followed suggestions and tips but nothing seems to be working for longer duration.
  7. When you really want to make changes in your thoughts, emotions , feelings and behaviour.

Then you require a therapy session !
